During a session the client lies on a massage table if it’s comfortable, or the session can be done while the client is sitting. The practitioner’s hands are held lightly touching or slightly above the body. Wildflower sessions are non-invasive and the session is conducted with the utmost respect for body privacy.

Wildflower gentle healing sessions are a wonderful benefit to expectant mom’s and developing babies, and many enjoy it regularly throughout pregnancy, into labour, and beyond. It helps the baby develop, while offering pain relief and relaxation to mom. Many expectant moms say they sleep better because of the sessions. They help to relieve stress for both mom and baby, and helps them feel and experience their spiritual connection to each other.
When I was pregnant, like all expectant mom’s I was in awe over the life inside of me. I wanted to feel connected to her as much as possible. I used meditation to help me connect and for focus in preparation for the delivery. When I was pregnant with my second daughter I used light touch during the pregnancy. It was great to share the benefits with my unborn child. I know first-hand the benefits of light touch and pregnancy and I have helped support women throughout their pregnancies and into delivery.
